Siamo una coppia olandese-tedesca che ha trasferito il centro della propria vita in Puglia.

Dopo una lunga ricerca, abbiamo acquistato una proprietà di oltre 3.500 metri quadrati a Specchiarica.

La proprietà si trova a circa 500 metri dalla spiaggia in una strada privata. La vista è libera.

La proprietà offre molti luoghi tranquilli e belli che invitano a soffermarsi e a rilassarsi.

Nel Giardino Segreto si trovano un’antica popolazione arborea, palme, vari cactus di grandi dimensioni, agavi, alberi di fico, cespugli di capperi e molto altro ancora.

Il nostro parco è protetto da 2 diversi sistemi di allarme. 1 volta dal servizio di sicurezza privato VIS e il secondo sistema di allarme è animale. Abbiamo 5 piccoli spitz che girano liberamente per il terreno. Uno Spitz sente tutto ed è quindi il miglior sistema di allarme 🙂

Wir sind ein niederländisch-deutsches Ehepaar, dass seinen Lebensmittelpunkt nach Apulien verlegt hat.

Dort haben wir uns nach langer Suche ein Anwesen mit über 3.500 qm in der Specchiarica zugelegt.

Das Objekt liegt ca. 500 Meter vom Strand entfernt in einer Privatstrasse. Die Aussicht ist unverbaubar.

Auf dem Gelände gibt es viele ruhige und schöne Plätze, die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einladen.

Im Secret Garden gibt es einem alten Baumbestand, Palmen, und diverse große Kakteen, Agaven, sowie Feigenbäume und Kapernsträucher  und vieles mehr.

Unser Gelände wird durch 2 verschiedene Alarmanlagen gesichert. 1 Mal durch den privaten Sicherheitsdienst VIS und die 2. Alarmanlage ist animalisch. Wir haben 5 Kleinspitze die sich hier frei auf dem Gelände bewegen. Ein Spitz hört alles und ist daher die beste Warnanlage 🙂

We are a Dutch-German couple that has moved its center of life to Apulien.

The property is located about 500 meters from the beach in a private street. The view is unobstructable.

On the property there are many quiet and beautiful places to stay and relax.

In the Secret Garden there is an old tree population, palms, and various large cacti, agaves, as well as fig trees and caper bushes and much more.

Our grounds are secured by 2 different alarm systems. 1 time by private security VIS and the 2nd alarm system is animal. We have 5 german small spitzes that move freely on the premises here. A Spitz hears everything and is therefore the best warning system 🙂
